Vietravel Quang Ngai accompanies community project "Be Kind to Sa Ky"

The project "Be Kind to Sa Ky" was launched to clean Front Beach, Back Beach, Thach Ky Dieu Tau, Dinh Tan Embankment Area, and the water surface of Sa Ky Port area. Additionally, its target was people living in the basin of Cua Sa Ky and the surrounding areas. The project called for them to refrain from littering rivers and the sea. It also encouraged the regular collection of waste at sea to protect the environment. At the same time, the project aimed to raise awareness about and propagate the role of the sea in human life and economic development. This should be associated with sustainable marine environmental protection.
 

Speaking at the ceremony, the representative of Vietravel Quang Ngai shared that the project "Be Kind to Sa Ky" was intended to call for everyone to protect the marine environment. This can be achieved by not using disposable plastic products or littering the sea as well as dumping garbage properly and using environmentally friendly products. “To act for a green Quang Ngai” is not only the responsibility but also the right of all people in the province. 
 

During 10 years of development and by its responsibility, Vietravel Quang Ngai has long coordinated with ministries, branches, and localities to organize a variety of activities. It wished to mobilize people to actively participate in environmental protection by practical and effective actions. Especially, the two projects "Be Kind to Tra Bong River" and "Be Kind to Phuoc Thien 1" have also impacted, to some extent, the local residents' perception. This has helped reduce littering indiscriminately. Moreover, the projects caused people to clean up garbage around their living areas more consciously. Among the ways to jointly protect the environment is to form a good habit for the community. This involves sorting garbage on the spot, dumping it in the right place, and limiting the use of plastics.
