In the form of livestream, the career counseling seminar featured speakers with many years of experience in the field of tourism: Ms. Le Dinh Minh Thy - Director of Vietravel Can Tho; Mr. Tran Yen Vinh - Director of Muong Thanh Luxury Can Tho Hotel; Mr. Tran Thanh Danh - Head of Admissions and Student Affairs Department of FPT Can Tho University and Mr. Huynh Van Bay - Head of Training Department of FPT Can Tho University.
 

Attending speakers shared details about the tourism industry in the current context. In the framework of the program, Ms. Le Dinh Minh Thy - Director of Vietravel Can Tho said, "With the actual situation being quite positive, the tourism demand is predicted to explode in the near future. This means that the demand for human resources in tourism will increase in both quantity and quality. The recent pandemic period has witnessed a large shift of the industry's human resources to other fields. Travel agencies are forecast to need a large quantity of personnel for positions from entry-level employees to executive managers (salespeople, executives...) to meet business requirements. The staff will be required to be flexible enough, obtain adequate knowledge and skills to adapt to the new normal. Furthermore, they should always keep a spirit of passion and confidence in the profession.
