Novotel Bangkok tops up on contract rates for agents

Opening on September 15, the Premier Floor will occupy the hotel’s 16th and 17th levels and features 51 keys. The dedicated Premier Lounge will be located on the ground floor.

General manager Philippe Le Bourhis said the development costs an average of US$25,000 per room. It is part of the hotel’s top-to-bottom renovations of facilities and structure, scheduled over the next four years.

Accommodation on the Premier Floor would showcase the newly-designed Novotel room, which was expected to be introduced at all newly-opened or renovated Novotel hotels, he said.

Among the signature looks of Novotel rooms are a grey, white and silver design theme, see-through glass panels and ultra-large sofas.

Le Bourhis said about 90 per cent of the hotel’s 429 keys would be given the new Novotel signature look. Next year, four guestroom floors and the lobby would be renovated.
