Good Surfing, Beer, and Tacos in Mexico

We always stay with our dear friends, Joanna and Derek, and their twins, who have been coming here for more than a decade. One of our favorite pastimes is trying out the excellent food stands where incredible tacos are served up for less than a buck each. Now we have a new number one, Taqueria El Parquito, which just opened and has become the new surf fave. Perfectly fresh white fish is coated in batter, submerged in boiling oil (changed very frequently) and served in a corn or flour taco, with toppings like runny guacamole and just diced salsa. After the beach, there are few greater pleasures than a sitting with a cold Pacifico beer and a simple but incredibly delicious taco.
